Trust Center

Research is only as good as the data behind it — and the way that data is handled. This is where we document both: how respondent data quality is protected, and how your data moves through the platform.

A soft clay vault protecting research data, consent, and access controls.
AI Data Handling
How review-assisted AI analysis is governed: workspace-level controls, provider-call gating, provenance tracking, and human review before results ship.
Data Quality & Fraud Detection
Multi-signal response scoring — speeding vs. your survey's own median, straight-lining, alternating patterns, duplicates, and more. Suspicious responses are flagged for review, never silently deleted.
Accessibility
The checks that run on every build — a component-level axe suite, an end-to-end lane, and a 390px overflow checker with a committed baseline. What we test, and what we deliberately do not claim.

Policies

The legal side of the same commitments.

Security review checklist

A compact buyer review path for legal, security, research ops, and analytics stakeholders.

  1. 1Confirm what respondent data is collected, exported, and retained.
  2. 2Review whether AI-assisted analysis is enabled for the workspace and study.
  3. 3Verify response-quality scoring, reviewer workflow, and base-size caveats.
  4. 4Check accessibility coverage for public forms and marketing pages.
  5. 5Share privacy, terms, cookies, data handling, and status links with reviewers.

Procurement review

Verified answers—and the boundaries you still need to confirm

Each answer is evidence-reviewed and expires unless it is reviewed again. “Confirm for deployment” means the repository documents a control, but your target environment or contract still needs current operational evidence.

How is data retention controlled?

Plan contracts expose retention windows and organization settings support scoped retention rules. Confirm the policy, enforcement coverage, exceptions, and execution evidence for your workspace before relying on a retention commitment.

Where are uploaded files and generated artifacts stored?

The production contract rejects local object storage and supports private Cloudflare R2 bindings with environment-specific buckets. Account, region, bucket, encryption, and lifecycle evidence remain deployment-specific and must be confirmed for the environment serving your workspace.

What deletion path is available?

An authenticated account-deletion flow schedules deletion after a 30-day grace period. Procurement review should still confirm organization-wide scope, backups, object classes, legal-hold exceptions, and a deletion-verification receipt for the intended environment.

Which subprocessors handle customer data?

A complete environment-specific subprocessor register is not publicly verified in this build. Request the applicable vendor list, purpose, data categories, location, and contractual terms before purchase or sensitive-data use.

How are security incidents handled?

Internal incident evidence, redaction, review, and recovery runbooks exist. No public incident-response SLA, notification window, uptime commitment, or external security attestation is claimed here; request the current contractual posture during review.

How can customers export their research data?

CSV, Excel, and JSON export paths are available. PDF reporting is beta; statistical-package and presentation/share workflows retain their documented limits. Access, content scope, and deletion after export remain the customer's responsibility.

When do AI providers receive research content?

External model calls are gated by workspace settings and the public data-handling page documents provenance and human review. Exact provider, region, retention, training-use terms, and contract coverage are deployment-specific and must be confirmed before sensitive data is processed.

Which controls differ by environment?

Staging and production declarations require separate secret-file and object-storage bindings, while local development can use local services. Configuration contracts do not prove a deployed environment; request current readiness, storage-probe, backup, and recovery evidence for the target environment.

How to read product availability

A status describes whether you can use a workflow and how access works. It is not a promise that a research method will produce a particular business outcome.

Available now
The described workflow is available in the product. Plan limits and method guardrails still apply.
Available in beta
The core workflow is available, but its current limits may change as the beta is validated.
Private beta
This workflow is available only to approved private-beta teams after a fit and governance review.
Design-partner access
This is a collaborative design-partner workflow, not a generally available self-serve feature.
Planned — not yet available
This workflow is described for discovery and planning. It cannot be started in the product today.
