Gotopico provides survey creation, analytics, reporting, and collaboration features delivered as software-as-a-service.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for illegal activity, abuse, unauthorized access, spam, or harmful content distribution.
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or contract.
Intellectual Property
Gotopico retains all platform intellectual property. You retain rights to your survey content and responses, subject to these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Gotopico is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms, payment failure, or legal requirements. You may cancel at any time.
